Purchase Checklist

To streamline your application process, please provide the following documents:

• A fully signed copy of the sales contract.
• W-2 forms for the last two years.
• Most recent consecutive pay stubs for one month for all applicants.
• If self-employed, commission-based, or if overtime exceeds 25% of your total income, provide last year's business and personal tax returns (including all schedules) and the contact details for your accountant.
• The latest two months of bank statements for all accounts.
• If renting, include the name and address of your landlord or 12 months of canceled rent checks (front and back).
• If you own a home you are selling or have sold, please include either the sales contract or the closing statement. If leasing the residence, provide a copy of the signed lease agreement.
• Copies of driver's licenses and Social Security cards or resident alien cards for all applicants.

Refinance/HELOC Checklist

To help expedite your refinance or HELOC application, please submit the following documents:

• Recent mortgage payment coupons for all current mortgages.
• A copy of your homeowner's insurance policy.
• W-2 forms for the past two years.
• Most recent consecutive pay stubs for one month for all applicants.
• If self-employed, commission-based, or if overtime exceeds 25% of your total income, provide last year's business and personal tax returns (including all schedules) and the contact details for your accountant.
• The latest two months of bank statements for all accounts.
• A copy of the current deed, survey, and certificate of occupancy (C/O).
